Andrea Bowen was born in America. Her first appearance was on Broadway musicals such as Les Miserables and The Sound of Music. She played the role Julie Mayer, an ABC comedy-drama program called Desperate Housewives. Julie Alexandra Mayer, the oldest child from Susan Delfino & Karl Mayer. As a young girl, Julie was the perfect daughter for Susan she was often seen as a mother figure to their romance as she cooked, cleaned and even offered her mother advice on dating.
